The reason for this is that these offers tend to have a lot of hidden fees that you probably do not want to deal with. Also, you should probably avoid these offers if you do not recognize the name of the company making the offer, or if you can't find any additional information about it online. If it is a relatively new company, make sure you do your research before you make any commitments.

The best credit card offers will be the ones that are made by existing credit card companies. Also, most of these credit companies will allow you to compare their different credit card offers to find the one that works best for you.
